- Home marketed at an agreed upon market price based on professional market analysis or appraisal. Seller agrees to address concerns as provided by co-op agent feedback after showings.
- Listed at 7% commission
- Home must be kept clean and in “show home” condition.
- Neutral paint colors throughout home.
- Maintain and manicured lawn.
- Listed with courtesy call and on lockbox
- Professionally pre-inspected and all repairs completed prior to being marketed.
- Seller agrees to use E-TeamRealty.com as the broker & Easyfunding.com for home loan on the purchase of a new home if you are moving within the same city or county.
- Price range and home location to be approved by Broker. NOT ALL HOMES WILL QUALIFY. Broker maintains the right to refuse any and all properties that are overpriced or not maintain to broker requirements.
- Should home not go under contract after 121 st day E-Team Realty will present a contract for the purchase of the property at current fair market value less:
- 7% commission
- 3% closing costs
- Transaction and appraisal fees
